What is Home Watch?
Home Watch, as defined by the National Home Watch Association, is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.
What's the difference between Home Watch services and Concierge Services?
Home Watch offers a routine checklist with detailed GPS enabled reporting. Most requests outside of the routine checklist would be considered Concierge Services.
How do I become a client?
Are you insured?
◦ Yes! In order to protect ourselves and our clients we are insured.
Why do I have to sign an agreement?
◦ An agreement communicates your expectations for Properti. It also protects you and us. If something happens to one of our employees while we are at your home, or items of yours are damaged, destroyed or missing, an insurance claim can be filed with our provider. Without an agreement we are unable to provide you with services.
