Properti Home Concierge is seeking qualified persons to join our Team in making a difference in people’s lives.
We are currently serving Berrien County and Northwest LaPorte County.

TASKS INCLUDE, but not limited to: absentee home checks, errands, light organization, personal assistance tasks like appointment setting, and household management.
SKILLS Required: Fluent in English, computer literate and detail oriented. Must be able to problem solve and work independently. Must also be able to follow direction and be on time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Most needs are daily from 9-4. Weekend availability a plus but not typical. Candidate must have reliable transportation with proof of insurance and willing to authorize and pass a criminal background check. A “can do” attitude is mandatory. It is also necessary to be comfortable around family pets and be in a household environment.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Looking for exceptional quality and service-oriented individuals who love to help others. Experience in the hospitality industry is a PLUS. Preferred candidates should have some college experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to walk unassisted, lift 25 lbs, drive, and have adequate vision and hearing.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: We have a strict happiness policy and all team members must smile. Cannot be afraid to get dirty.
