Home Watch Package $960
Perfect for snowbirds who are in Michigan for the majority of the calendar year or clients who are trying Properti before exploring a membership.
Includes six (6) Home Watch visits uniquely tailored to your needs plus electronic reporting to keep you informed while you’re away.
*Does not include scheduling vendors or overseeing work.
Concierge Services Package $420
Great for all the errands you just cannot manage or as a gift for your busy loved-one.
Includes 8 hours of Concierge Services with overages billed at just $52/hour.
Specialty Packages
holiday ready $330
Includes up to six (6) hours of related Concierge Services
Custom Holiday Ready packages could include:
Install or remove client’s own indoor/outdoor holiday décor, gift wrap, gift shopping, guest room prep, meet vendors for delivery, put away groceries, party planning support (invitations, catering, etc.)
*Coordinate and Oversee (vendor service charges apply): outdoor winter clean up and landscaping, professional indoor/outdoor décor design and install, home cleaning or deep clean, catering

Michigan Welcome $350
Includes local bubbles, wine, or craft beverages, seasonal flowers, local charcuterie assortment, and dessert assortment, curated and prepared for your arrival time. Serves 2-4
Endless Summer $499
Includes a packed beach bag with essentials, snacks, your cooler(s) iced with still or sparkling water, arranged boat services and/or transportation, coordinate beach rentals or bikes. Serves 2-4. Substitutions or enhancements available.
